Today we went to Ft. Toulouse with a homeschooling friend. We had fun learning from the Indians!
Lyndsey was chosen to be in a show...
They sell bottles of homemade root beer at Ft. Toulouse! It was sweet and delicious. This man taught us how his family has made root beer for years.
Of course, we had to purchase a trinket or two!
Grinding corn into meal...

A few snacks were consumed today...
More fun before that cloud in the background blessed us with rain! So glad that we were in the car before the downfall came!!!
