Bible Character Dress Up Day
At Lyndsey's preschool, they have Bible Character Dress up day on October 31st! It is so cute to see the kids dress up in anything from an animal to Joseph in his coat of many colors. They each stand in front of the whole preschool and tell who they are dressed as and what they did in the Bible.
This year Lyndsey BEGGED to be Mary. Easy enough! She did a great job!

Pumpkin Carve & Spooktacular Dinner
Mom made Cereal Killer Shakes for us while we carved pumpkins.
Ready, set, go!
Mommy cut my pumpkin, and I am not happy!
Colleen would rather eat candy corn than carve a pumpkin!
I think they did a GREAT job!
Tonight we had a Spooktacular Dinner
Mummy Dogs, cheese covered brains, and glow in the dark mashed potatoes.
Oh, and we washed it all down with swamp water complete with worms!

San Francisco
This year the American College of Surgeons meeting was in San Francisco. John Mark decided to take Tyler with him on the trip. They boys flew out of Montgomery early Saturday morning. They caught separate connections to San Francisco at DFW because we could not get Tyler on JM's flight for a reasonable price!! Yes, we are cheap!
They got there in time to catch the California Golden Bear football game against Utah at AT&T park.
Tyler got to do a few things that he has wanted to do for years, but we just would not take the whole family there! Places like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Hooters. Wow, Dad!
They decided to take an intro segue tour on the second afternoon, and then Tyler convinced JM to do the advanced thrills and hills tour the next day! They learned that the segue "does all the work for you." Unfortunately, to go up a hill you have to lean uncomfortably forward! Yep, they went down Lombard Street on a segue against the official advice of City Segue Tours!!!
The next day JM took Tyler to Alcatraz!!! JM loves that place!JM wanted to bike the Golden Gate bridge with Tyler. Tyler amped up the afternoon bike ride and challenged JM to a race! Tyler won the sprint race on the flat land way to early for the 13 mile bike ride.
Tyler basking in his glorious victory!!!
Tyler flew back to Montgomery by himself on Wednesday night because JM had to go to Scott & White in Temple, Texas, to teach a ATLS class. It was a great Father-Son trip doing cool tourist things and making a lot of great memories together!

Dream Field Farms Field Trip
While Mommy and Corynne where going to Camp Cosby, Dad was at home being Mr. Mom with the other 4 kids! He even had preschool field trip duty! Lyndsey's class went to Dream Field Farms for their fall field trip.
Haha! She loves hand sanitizer!!!
I found the bumpiest, lumpiest, most perfect pumpkin!
We rode the fastest cow train in the wild, wild lower Alabama!
