It has been many years since we have gone to the Fair, but this year we decided to surprise the kids! Grammy & Papa drove in from TX yesterday. They were anxious to see the kids...it has been a long time! They went with us to the Fair. We met Anna and her mom there, and Tyler brought his friend Grant.
After we toured the animal exhibits, we went over to the Midway. At this point, we all split up! Tyler and Grant went off on their own. Corynne went with Anna and Mrs. Johnson. John Mark & I took the younger girls with us and Grammy & Papa. Grammy & Papa kept a close eye on Colleen for us while we ran with the girls from ride to ride.
John Mark did not win this big cat, but he got the privilege of carrying it around. These silly boys won it but refused to carry it!
These two girls had so much fun even though the rain cut our day short!
