First Days of School

It is hard to believe that it is time to send the kids back to school.  The summer has flown by so fast! Tyler started his Junior year (gasp!!!) on August 7th.  My young man drove himself to his first day of school.  We are so proud of the young man he is becoming.

Corynne started her Freshman year at ECS today.  My first princess is a freshman this is almost harder to bear than the junior status!  Corynne's freshman year also means we are starting our 10th year here in Alabama!

Corynne posed with the homeschool girls for a few pictures before I took her to school this morning. Tyler had already left for school because Corynne had a late first day start time! 

 Homeschool actually started 4 weeks ago but we never took 1st day of school pictures!  Lauren is working on 6th grade, Lyndsey is in 2nd grade, and Colleen is in Pre-K 4 this year.

Colleen is going to a Mother's Day Out one morning a week at ECS (Corynne's school).  This gives her a little "classroom" time, and it gives us a focused 3 hours of intense homeschooling!

She had a fun first day on August 14th!  Dad took her to school and picked her up!  He even took her for a lunch date to Schlotzsky's were she inhaled a whole pizza, chips and a coke!  This playing apparently requires a lot of fuel!!!
