Corynne's class has been reading Around the World in 80 Days since school started. They finished the book and test this week, and the teacher planned a surprise fun day on Friday! She set up the classroom as a card parlor and taught them to play one of the card games from the book.
I don't think this would have happened in my public school classroom 20+ years ago, but it was fun class period today!
