Corynne's Report

Today I filled in for JohnMark at the 6th grade science lab.  It was my biggest fear.  As I mentioned before, I signed up to help with the easy stuff--crafts, baking, etc.  I was freaked out by having to help 30 kids find things under a microscope.   But it was a good experience that I enjoyed.  Their science teacher has a way of making things fun to learn.

For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities-his eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuses. Romans 1:20
They also did a cool experiment about passing germs.  They each took a cup of water to a "party".  As the kids "shook hands" they mixed their two cups of water together and went to meet the next person.  One person had a "virus" cup (vinegar), and by the end of the short party everyone was infected.
Happy Pie (3.14) Day!  Yes, the 6th grade got to bring pies to school today!  What fun!
Corynne went to the eye doctor this week.  She will be sporting these glasses by next week.
