Lauren has been wanting to learn how to sew (a.k.a. take sewing lessons) for months now. I think she is a little jealous of Corynne's ability! Anyway, I decided to let her go to a week long sewing camp this week with Corynne's teacher. Lauren had so much fun!! She made a pillowcase, a purse/tote, and a stuffed animal.
Lauren took her camp very seriously! Every night she would set up the sewing machine to practice. She worked on her straight stitch, pivots and curves. She devoted one night to "hand sewing" and buttons. Corynne got out here sewing machine and made another pillowcase while Lauren practiced.
